5. Intellectual Property
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. GoSupportSolutions retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
GoSupportSolutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost revenue or data, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Termination
Either party may end an active engagement with written notice. You are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
